We also purchased the indoor invisible shields to keep her from bolting out the doors. This has been a great stress reliever for our family. I had called them back to get another collar and training for our new pup to keep him from going places he shouldn't. They came out right away and did the training. And when the pup decided to eat his collar they sent me a new one the next day. I am so glad we invested in the invisible fence and used this company. Great customer service/staff. Thank you!
