Melissa has been coordinating the scheduling and follow-ups for a while now, and Lance (1st time here) was the technician this time. Excellent as always, no matter who comes out. We have been using them over the past 40 years for A/C (2) and Heat Pump (1) purchases and all repairs and services in between. Never a dispute and always faithful with warranties and quotes, etc. My husband and I highly recommend them for all cooling and heating needs.
