- RWRaymond WellsSep 8, 20253.0Highly lacking customer service skills. Just a heads up, you need to already be familiar with the process of selecting and renting equipment. I was told there was a hour counter on the scissor lift but was never shown the counter so unit was brought back with 5 HOURS of use still available that I would have used but was too concerned with going over the allotted 8 Hrs because I did not know how many hours was used since I did not know where the counter was. Very disappointing to say the least.
