Called Alexander’s for a routine checkup & here comes Speedy tech. They spent a total of 5 hrs at our home stating we have a freon leak and need a new unit! Ours is 7 yrs old. Quickly pushing sales, and new ductwork, showing pictures ?? Hated to give us the bad news!! Told them we needed to check with our sons (to get them out of our house). Had another honest company come in to recheck out unit and nothing is wrong with it!!!! Beware of this company!!!!!!!!!! They will rip you off!!

Where do I even begin? Believe it or not, I had two different AC systems go out within a month of each other. It was at two different properties. In both cases, Speedy Tech did an incredible job. They were so quick to be able to jump in and get the job accomplished, they were very reasonable on their pricing and financing options, they did a great job with communication and follow up. Really nice knowledgeable techs. One of the jobs was right before Christmas and they were still able to get it done so that we didn’t have our guests suffering from lack of AC. On our main residence, we had always had issues with airflow and never knew why. We have had at least six different AC companies come out and give us quotes and assess things. Speedy Tech was the only one to be able to get to the bottom of what was really going on and fix the root which has now resulted in much better airflow for our upstairs. Our bill has been significantly reduced. We are so thankful that they even brought out their engineer to figure out what was happening. They really are determined to get to the root of the problem instead of wasting time and money with Band-Aids or selling you something you don’t need. Thank you so much! I hope I don’t need you guys again anytime soon, but if I do, I will be sure to call!
