Chasing an intermittent problem, my tech inspected every corner of my system before presenting me with a complete diagnosis of my system's issues. Although immediate action was not required, he laid out the problems I would face in the future due to aging parts, giving estimates of cost and estimated lifetime where appropriate and available. It's not great news to hear that your system is aging into some expensive repairs, but now I know what to expect, what to look for, and what I need to start saving for. Thoroughly professional, polite, proactive service.

The system was antiquated in a multifamily community and they knew exactly what to do. They did a great job at a great price, got it done quickly and were extremely professional. Patrick went above an beyond even meeting us late on Christmas Eve. The y care about their customers. Highly recommend.

One note though, please ensure that all employees wear protective booties when entering a home, especially if it was carpeted, as ours was with new carpet. Some of them did NOT and it was dissappointing so we ended up laying down our own sheets.

Austin and Russ were absolute pros from start to finish. They arrived right on time, took the time to explain how the new systems work, and made sure everything was installed perfectly. Their attention to detail and cleanliness was impressive—you’d never even know they were there except for the fact that I now have great water pressure and soft water! If you need plumbing work done, ask for Austin and Russ. Highly recommended
- ATAundrea TalleyDec 29, 20251.0We were Alexander Air customers for over 15 years so we had Speedy come out to maintenance our a/c system in hopes that they would be just as great as Alexander was. Right away, we knew that this new company was different. The vibe was very high pressure sales tactics. They claimed we had leaky coils and said we needed to replace our system ASAP. We were on "borrowed time" according to the tech and the sales guy that showed up. They even had preprinted and laminated membership options. Very strange. We decided to have 3 other very repuatable, family run companies come out to check our system out and give us quotes. All 3 did a leak detection test and found no leak and also gave is better quotes for when we do actually need to replace our system. Long story short, we will not be contacting these new guys for our a/c needs.
