  Justin was just here and did my yearly service. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and so professional. I recommend them 100%. Very honest and hardworking.

  I have used Price Busters annual maintenance plan for many years. Whenever I have called with an issue, the have always responded very quickly. Recently, I was having issues with my heat pump working during the cold weather. Unfortunately, it had to be replaced. They recommended and I went with a unit which has separate A/C and heating (not a heat pump). The new unit was installed yesterday. As always, they showed up on time and did an excellent job installing the new unit. It just looks very professional. With the temperature at 30 degrees this morning, the house was nice and warm. A minor issue with the installation was discovered. A Price Choppers technician was at my home in less than an hour from my placing a call with them. The issue was resolved quickly, politely, and professionally. Highly, highly recommend this company for all heating and A/C needs.

  I would love to rate you guys higher as your hvac techs were great. Highly knowledgeable and honest people. I do have issue with the receptionist. The first time I called she was nice and she set up the appointment to get service. The second time I called when I had an other issue with my ac she was very rude and gave contradicting statements with the previous technician, saying that I didn't allow him in which was never brought up when he first came over.And she was also threatening that if I keep replacing my parts, they won't be able to service me keep in mind.I only replace the a c capacitor once and I made sure to inform her and the technician that I did so.And I also removed said capacitor so he would have a cleaner area to work at.And I showed them both the original and the new one I bought

  Is not often that you find exceptional service throughout any organization or business, but with Price Busters it's nothing but friendly, affordable and quality service. From Amanada in the office all the way down to the field technicans they are simply amazing.
