The first time I called she was nice and she set up the appointment to get service. The second time I called when I had an other issue with my ac she was very rude and gave contradicting statements with the previous technician, saying that I didn't allow him in which was never brought up when he first came over.And she was also threatening that if I keep replacing my parts, they won't be able to service me keep in mind.I only replace the a c capacitor once and I made sure to inform her and the technician that I did so.And I also removed said capacitor so he would have a cleaner area to work at.And I showed them both the original and the new one I bought
