I was never notified of having a bill. I called them just before my warranty ended because my i’ve had 6 ac leaks since I moved into my new construction. When they came out to just “check” for the last time, I asked them if there was a bill and he said no. 1 year later, my Ac is taking a shit once again. I tried calling Payne so I can use and pay for their services since my warranty ran out, but was denied. Thank you Adam from Payne for being a terrible experience.
