  Really unhappy with this company. Our builder unfortunately went with them to have our system installed. Apparently the county requires routine inspections on these newer systems. Most companies will only work on the ones they installed themselves due to needing to be certified for different systems and so on. Long story short this company wants to hold us hostage and charge 50% more than what my neighbor pays. $600 a year for pretty much nothing when my neighbor pays just $400 Their house was built same time by same builder but they got lucky enough to be with a septic company who is reasonable and fair. Called to voice my concerns and way pretty much told not my problem by the girl who answers the phone. If you have the choice. Stay away from these guys.

  We recently had Liberty Plumbing and Septic service our home’s septic tank lift station, and I could not be more impressed with their professionalism and customer service. From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent. Jovanna, the Office Manager, went above and beyond to make scheduling smooth and stress-free. She was friendly, responsive, and kept us updated every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone so committed to customer care, and her attention to detail made all the difference. Glenn, the service tech, was equally outstanding. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and got the job done efficiently. His knowledge and professionalism gave us complete confidence that our system was in great hands. Liberty Plumbing and Septic has earned our trust with their outstanding team. Thanks to Jovanna and Glenn, we’ll be long-time customers and highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable septic and plumbing services!

  We had our home built in 2019 and the builder used Liberty to install the septic. We went to have our tank pumped for preventative measures last week and the lid was stuck. We called and spoke to the office, they said they would come look at it as they installed it. Jerry came out on his own time, without any expectation for payment, got it unstuck then seen that the tank did not even need to be pumped! So that saved us $400, but he noticed the filter fitting was cracked and needed a riser installed. He gave us a new lid and came out to put in a riser as well! The price was super reasonable and service was super fast and top tier! These are some great people who went above and beyond! I would definitely recommend them!!

  They were quick, professional and very reasonably priced. I called because I was not sure if I needed a plumber or if it was a septic issue. Having them do both issues was only $100.00 more than the cost of pumping from some of the larger companies in Lakeland. Had I used #1 or #2 in the business, they could not have helped with the plumbing issue.
