  Liberty Septic installed our system over two years ago, and we’ve been very pleased. We had a minor settling issue, and they completely stood behind their work and fixed it promptly. It’s refreshing to work with a company that honors their workmanship and takes care of their customers. Highly recommend.

  Really unhappy with this company. Our builder unfortunately went with them to have our system installed. Apparently the county requires routine inspections on these newer systems. Most companies will only work on the ones they installed themselves due to needing to be certified for different systems and so on. Long story short this company wants to hold us hostage and charge 50% more than what my neighbor pays. $600 a year for pretty much nothing when my neighbor pays just $400 Their house was built same time by same builder but they got lucky enough to be with a septic company who is reasonable and fair. Called to voice my concerns and way pretty much told not my problem by the girl who answers the phone. If you have the choice. Stay away from these guys.

From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent. Jovanna, the Office Manager, went above and beyond to make scheduling smooth and stress-free. She was friendly, responsive, and kept us updated every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone so committed to customer care, and her attention to detail made all the difference. Glenn, the service tech, was equally outstanding. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and got the job done efficiently. His knowledge and professionalism gave us complete confidence that our system was in great hands. Liberty Plumbing and Septic has earned our trust with their outstanding team. Thanks to Jovanna and Glenn, we’ll be long-time customers and highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable septic and plumbing services!
