The last correspondence I have is from dispatch confirming they sent the request. I would’ve love to give a great review but customer service in the resolution department is extremely important. I would love for my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

With company’s offering fixed prices under $100 for drain clearing, not sure how you can quote $300. Not a fan of technicians giving quotes, I feel like they’re padding quotes to meet company sales goals. Choose not to have Iceberg service my house.
