  We had a wonderful experience with Custom Glass in Lakeland. They provided a glass shower enclosure as well as a round glass tabletop for our custom-made dining room table, and both fit perfectly. The shower glass looks sleek and modern, and the tabletop was exactly what we envisioned. The technicians did an excellent job with the installation—professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. Any time we needed to call the front desk, the office staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and easy to work with. We also added the Invisible Shield Glass Protection Pro 15, and it has made a huge difference. The shower glass stays clean and clear, with no water marks after showering, which has been a game changer for maintenance and appearance. Highly recommend Custom Glass for both quality products and outstanding customer service!

  Called Friday, noon, asked how could I get an estimate for a shower, girl at the phone said they were closed and will be closed the weekend,, no other options given,, wow.. People with money to buy custom work, look for items Fridays and weekends 😐.. weekdays we work 😒.. horrible customer service.. your secretary just cost you money.. at least ask her to give out hours, options what ever .. ..
