  We called 1 Tom Plumber in a time of crisis and they did not disappoint! My former employer (a local podiatry office) had used them many times with great experiences, so they were our first call when we ran into our own plumbing issue as homeowners. Even at 9 PM on a Saturday night, they answered right away. Our technician, Vinny Bradford, called shortly after, arrived promptly, and was incredibly friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and put our minds at ease during a stressful situation. We will absolutely use 1 Tom Plumber again for any future plumbing needs!

  Called this company to do a back flow test.was given quote and when they came it was not near what I was quoted. After back flow was tested they send receipt via email all look good. Following week inspection day no tag of job done I all back n asked why was there no tag in place. So They sent a worker to place tag so what did he do another backflow test why . now we have an issue the company worker left n did not repair the back flow guys BEWARE WHO YOU HIRE I LOST MY MONEY. Will not recommend or ever use them .job was not done. Unhappy customer
