  You know how they say the grass is always greener on the other side, in this case here at DRB Homes Grasslands the grass is indeed greener. Very quiet community, and elegant. Mr Mark took the time to show me around, he was very professional and patient with all my questions. Definitely ask for Marki Mark he will find your dream home.

  We’ve had a great experience building our home in this community. From the very beginning, the communication has been excellent—they’ve kept us informed and updated every step of the way throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Mark DeVasto, the sales consultant, who has been outstanding. He is incredibly knowledgeable, always willing to answer questions, and consistently goes above and beyond to help buyers get the home they truly want. His support has made a big difference in our experience. Overall, we’ve felt well taken care of and confident in our decision to build here. Highly recommend!
