  Terrible place , customer service is horrible and no one knows anything , everyone in the company is misinformed. They dont level the shed nor tie it down nor do they get permits for it , they will tell you its not needed and never done it in 30 years! Contract states the provide blocks when requested will tell you thats for a different state.. all round around and no corrections or care for customer service. The county even knows who they are from how long the scams have been on going. THEY WILL SELL YOU AND IILEGAL SHED, and your costs will continue to pile in! Avoid at all costs !

  Updated review: these people are a scam. They do not tie down or give the bricks listed on their contract. They sell you illegal sheds. They play them illegally without permits and the county will not approve their work. Do not purchase from this place!!! Save the headache and run away!! Purchased a shed here.. everything went great. Of course great salesman, blah blah blah. Now jokes on me, why? Because I’ve asked them for a permit “they said I don’t need one”. I told them I need tie downs “they said they don’t provide those” .. and so forth and so on. A month later, county knocks at my door because of course I don’t have a permit THAT I ASKED FOR PRIOR TO PAYING for the shed. I also asked for tie downs and bricks as it states on their contract. I’ve called Craig, I’ve asked for a supervisor, I’ve gotten nothing but attitude and disgusting back talk from some lady in accounting.. that has no idea what’s going on either. Super nasty mouth. Even said “oh my god” to my husband on the phone earlier. Unprofessional, they have NO IDEA what’s going on within the company. My shed also arrived damaged in a few spots, but I let it go because I thought it was “apart of the price” well it’s not. It’s damaged. Then they want to call me and tell me I’m “behind” when I’m actually ahead of payments … I’d like to hear from the owner before this turns into small claims court for no reason. I’ve owned companies , three in fact; and I never treated my customers like this. Nor try to scam people. When I went to the permit office to apply for the permit, they automatically knew it was crooks on scrodum loop… because they do this garbage allllll the time !! That’s why they have so many repos and such. Then they repo the shed clean em out and resell them for the same price as a new one.

  The ordering process was great and went smoothly. The shed arrived with damage 2 weeks ago. I have called and emailed both the delivery company as well as Cooks Portable Warehouses. Neither have even responded to any of the messages. Horrible customer service, repair service and even worse follow up! Have many studs that do not even connect to the header panel. Extremely disappointed with everything about the shed since delivery (before it was even unloaded) I told the driver I saw damage on the shed and his response was "I dont know what to tell you, I didn't do it. Must have been the shipper."
