  1Tom plumber sent Howdy and Ricky to clear swer pipe on an apartment building. They used the camera and found the cracked pipe and cleared the roots from the pipe. The were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Great Job guys. Thanks

  I cannot say enough good things about Ricky and 1-Tom-Plumber. My bathroom sink basically exploded after 10 PM, and Ricky was the third plumber I called. Nobody else could come out until hours later or the next day. By the time he arrived, I was completely overwhelmed after crawling around outside in the rain and mud trying to find the city shut-off. Ricky showed up, fixed everything fast, and was incredibly kind the whole time. He even made conversation with me about my knee tattoo, which honestly helped calm me down when I was stressed out. I’m so thankful for Ricky and 1-Tom-Plumber. If you need a plumber in an emergency, I absolutely recommend them.

  Ricky, Vinny, & Austin were awesome! They helped us with a somewhat complicated setup with a 2nd hot water heater in our attic. Replaced our 21 year old water heater in the garage which died & relocated our attic to a better location. We brainstormed ideas and Ricky suggested relocating it to a more convenient & much better location in attic outside an access door rather than above the master closet where it was difficult to get to or moving in down into the closet. My wife was not liking the idea of losing 1/4 of her closet :) Great collaboration and pivot on the fly to end with a better setup. They also quoted out 3-4 different options the week before so we could decide which was the best plan for us. Overall great work and customer relations!!
