Sandra answered the phone and assured me it would be ready in the am. We arrived, loaded and were out of there in a flash. The scrubber worked better than ours ! Thanks for being there for us and making it so simple.

We rented the "carpet extractor" for our bedrooms and an industrial "Tile & Grout" cleaner for the rest of the house. We looked at RugDoctor reviews - they all complained about how filthy the equipment was. In contrast, theirs were immaculate and in full working order. Second, the rental experience. The first guy we met ("Chris", I think) was really knowledgeable and helpful. We are retired homeowners - and were a bit apprehensive. Chris patiently laid out our options and then demonstrated how easy they are to use. Third, the results. We added some before and after pictures, but it doesn't really do it justice. The carpets are several shades lighter (the volume of 'coffee-colored' liquid extracted was too embarrassing to show). Similarly, we have discovered that our 40 year old tiles are actually white and can reflect light. We saved a ton of money doing it ourselves, and the tools made light work of it.
