  Wish I could give 10 stars. Professional, personable, efficient and always available throughout the entire process from my initial contact through consultation and coordination of final installation. Charles was always responsive and listened to what our desires and needs were offering guidance only as needed. The final price was cost-effective and the outcome exceeded our expectations. You may find someone a little cheaper, but you won't find anyone better. You can take him for his word... he follows through on what he says.

  I met Charles of Kitchen Express by chance, a stroke of luck I would say. I started working with a contractor to install my kitchen cabinets. I had already worked with a designer from a well-known large home improvement store for over a month and was thrilled with the cabinets, tile, backsplash, and counter tops selected. Unfortunately, despite me telling them I was only buying the cabinets and not the installation from them, they were pressuring me to have them do the installation as well. They had horrible reviews, so I knew I wasn’t having them do it all along. They held my measurements hostage and would not confirm the design fit the measurements. They would only release the measurements after I purchased the cabinets. I was not going to buy cabinets without knowing if the design fit with the measurements. They said they would not stand by the measurements if they were not doing the installation, and on the morning of the last day of the 30% sale on the cabinets they suggested I have my contractor do the measurements. So, in a panic I called the contractor. He had not done measurements since I already had everything done with the designer of the store. I was freaking out. He was in the middle of a job and could not come to take measurements. He called Charles and called in a favor. What felt like within minutes, Charles was at my house and took measurements and created a design that I loved. He showed no judgement when he saw the mess, I called a kitchen. He had such a wonderful attitude and demeanor and started to create a design. I loved it! He recognized that I desperately needed storage and suggested 2 pantries around the refrigerator. Since he was so wonderful to work with, I went to his showroom to look at his cabinets. He did not have the one I wanted but because of his responsiveness earlier that day I decided to cancel my order with the store and was confident we would find the cabinets of my dreams. We indeed did that. I loved his design, and we ultimately found the perfect cabinets and countertops, with a color and quality that was outstanding. Every step of the process Charles was wonderful to work with. He helped me create the kitchen I could visualize in my head and made it a reality. Charles was kind, professional, creative and I enjoyed working with him very much. What started as only kitchen cabinets led to vanities in 3 bathrooms. I had my way I would do every room with his designs and cabinets. I would recommend him to EVERYONE.

  We have used Charles in the past for our kitchen remodeling, when it came time to update the bathroom he was our go-to guy. Kitchen Express did a great job as usual. They are professional, trust worthy, great communication and do beautiful work. I will use them again without thinking twice, you won’t be disappointed.

  Express kitchen & Bath did a fantastic job remodeling our bathroom. I'm very happy with the results. Charles and his crew were professional, on time, and most importantly they listened to our concerns and answered all the questions that came up. I highly recommend them!
