  I was told they keep center flush American standard parts and stock. I drove 37 minutes to get to the location to be told they do not.

  Stood there for 20 minutes and no one asked if I needed help. Counter help only engaged with customers that they obviously knew or had previous contact with. I guess if I were a regular customer and a Spanish speaker my experience would have been different. I left after 20 minutes without purchase or any engagement from the staff. Very disappointed. I am a consumer that buys local to promote local business. Another reason for people to deal with online stores... Unfortunately

  After disappointing visits (due to horrible service) to other DIY stores, we visited this Ferguson store and within minutes we had a cost effective solution for our very common household problem. Thank you 🙌

  Good place, great customer service tons of options but you have to make a appointment this place is busy!
