Guys we’re on time, very respectful of our property, sent two guys as I expected and were experienced with my kid of specific project. Very happy with Kasper. I don’t need an electrician very often but I have been happy with Kasper. They were prepared to get what I have needed done on one call in most of my calls

"Electricity may be invisible, but electricians bring it to life". Great experience.
Ronnie Carretero the electrician did an outstanding job. If I need anything more done I will definitely contact Kasper Electrical and ask for Ronnie.

We had our main breaker go out on a Sunday and we were able to reach Michele, even while she was out of town. Thankfully, she was able to send Jon W out, who arrived within the hour and took care of the issue. Everyone was very pleasant and professional from start to finish. Saved our family Sunday

Adrian a bad review into a GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
The bad review was not yet written because Adrian showed up instead of the original technician, who failed to show up within the schedule time between 11:00 and 1:00 PM
Adrian showed up after we called dispatch, and he was originally south of my location.
It was originally supposed to install a dedicated line and a whole house surge protector. Adrian explain everything after my many questions, and showed me a final estimate. This was a huge help to me, as I knew how much to pay after the installation completed
I happily give Adrian TOP FIVE OUT OF FIVE RATINGS

EDITED TO SAY: They get 5 stars for their incredible customer service. The owner called me and went above and beyond to make reparations for the initial disappointment, including a refund and credit. They clearly really value their customers and want to make sure they come away with a positive experience each time. Well done Kasper!!
Made an appointment to have my big barn fan looked at and electrician showed up without a ladder. Charged me a $100 dispatch fee to show up for a barn fan just to arrive with no ladder and wanted to write the whole thing off as water damage without taking a look. So I hauled out my own 12 foot ladder all the way from the house to the barn (I’m 5ft and 100lbs mind you). He goes up and takes a picture of the model number and tells me to call the fan company. The “service” cost me just under $300 total. My friend gave me better service. She looked up the fault codes online, identified the potential problems based on the codes, and even got up the ladder, found the control panel and removed the cover, and gave me tons of information that I can at least give to the fan company when I call. I’m just saying, if my friend with no technical training could do this for free, I think the electrician could have been a little more helpful and actually provided some service instead of just confirming that power was reaching the fan and saying that’s the most he’s able to help with, then charging $300. That’s not providing a technical service, that’s just flipping a breaker switch.
