  We chose The HomeStyles Group (HSG) to perform major updates of our kitchen, master and guest bathrooms and are delighted with the renovation! From our initial in-home consultation to the final day, the entire team of professionals was a pleasure to work with. Our collaborative design effort with HSG was a positive experience and HSG provided suggestions that enhanced our “vision” for the changes we desired. The work of the internal HSG team and their sub-contractors was exceptional. The HSG “star” of the project was Craig, our project manager. His attention to detail, following up on issues immediately, and keeping us informed at every step of the way made the project a very positive experience. The quality of products, the installation expertise, and the attention to detail in the finishing made the final product even better than we had envisioned. We highly recommend The HomeStyles group to anyone considering home renovations.

  We love our new kitchen! Homestyles Group designed and completed a total renovation, cabinets, appliances, countertop, plumbing and electrical. Steve, our project manager, was at our house almost daily and always responsive to calls and texts. Their employees and subcontractors were skilled and responded to any issues or changes. Doing a renovation during the pandemic was a challenge, with delays in products and staffing issues, but they kept us informed. We did our part by being involved and available when they needed us. We would use them again.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I unfortunately had my kitchen remodeled by Homestyles. They were unresponsive to emails, texts, and phone calls. They designed a blind cabinet that has a 6 1/2" opening making it not useable. They measured incorrectly and had to remove a good portion of my wall. They chipped my tile floor and then accused me of lying about it. They installed my dishwasher incorrectly and when it was run the pipes made horrible noises. They refused to call the plumber back in to correct it and instead had their handyman use a lot of flex tape to tape the pipes together and told me that was what any plumber would do. I had to call in a plumber who removed the tape and corrected the situation. Homestyles has refused to reimburse me the $105 cost of the plumber. The plumber also discovered that the hose to the dishwasher was not properly installed and was leaking. Homestyles ordered the wrong pieces to build in my refrigerator as well as the end cabinet and those pieces had to be reordered. They never admitted their mistakes. No one from Homestyles was here when the quartz people came to make a template for the countertop and there was no notation as to the width of the bar top. After telling me how important it was to hire someone familiar with acrylic cabinets, they hired a "quality control" person that had never worked with those cabinets. In addition, they were to replace my bifold pantry doors with French doors at an additional cost of $2750. The quality is so poor, they had to replace one of the doors three times. The final door is warped (by their own admission) but Homestyles refuses to order another set saying it "falls within the acceptable tolerance range". It surely is not acceptable to anyone else! All in all it was one of the worst experiences of my 55 years of home ownership. There is not one false statement in this review!
