  I was interested in a home filter system. Thankfully James came to my home wanting to share some information. Was honest and to the point. I asked to not be sugarcoated and he did just that. Never made me feel pressured. Gave me all the options and went on his merry way. I thought about it some more and then I reached out to him. He even double checked on the phone and then again the day he came to my home. He followed up every step up of the way. I’m grateful for James answering all my questions and constant reassurance. Making sure there were no doubts. To even going further making sure everything was ready to be installed same day. Amazing service. Thank you James and to Maytag & Guardian Water Services.

  Today we received James Jenkins from this water company and we were surprised, and grateful with all the eye opening info provided. This humble and excellent man didn't only give us the info but also show us, in a variety of ways, how the treated water can actually affect our health, and our budget expenses. With the daily usage of this new treated water system we are having a peace of mind that our family is having the water we deserve from our Well Water. Please do yourself a favor and have them come over to explain what the system could do for you.

  I highly recommend James Jenkins from Guardian Water Services! From start to finish, James was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough in his work. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident in the service being provided. What really stood out was his attention to detail and genuine care for doing the job right—not just quickly.It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a friendly and respectful attitude.   My experience with Guardian water system, first it’s expensive, I trusted them and the resp on the water system, also, no where the information I was told the maintenance service is $249.00 upfront, because when the rep did the water testing he said the system gets maintained every 2 to 3 years free, nothing about a charge. If I would have known about this I would had gone with different comp. I give one star because customer service is not great or there prices. Maintained the system yearly or 2 years should be included when the price is so high.

  Please DO NOT purchase from this SCAM of a company. I don’t typically leave reviews but am writing this in hopes that it helps anyone to avoid this company. I had purchased a water filter from this company after a sales rep came to my home and did what salesman do. Being a naive new homeowner I did not realize what a mistake it was buying a water filter without any research beforehand. After dropping thousands of dollars, and being promised free garbage cleaning products that are terrible from a third party company, I had my water filter installed before after a few months when I started having issues. Not to mention the fact that I had to use a loan from them to pay for the water filter that was charging me 9.99% in APR on THOUSANDS of dollars every single month. After having the water filter on my home for a few months I noticed a tremendous spike in my water bill. I thought this was from the unit doing a purge cycle once a week where the unit would spew water out for practically two hours wasting gallons and gallons of water and leaving a massive puddle in the yard. I didn’t think much of it until my water bill turned into hundreds of dollars when typically is only around 100-150. The cause of this was from the pipes being improperly connected to my main house water access where it was spewing water out of the connection from them cutting my pipes and attaching PVC piping for the unit. I called customer service and they did not care. In fact, they wanted to charge me almost $200 for a tech to come do their annual check up and not fix the problem they created. I eventually did not have the tech come out and didn’t waste more money after trying to schedule multiple times, but they could only schedule when it was convenient for them on days I was away at work and couldn’t be there. After being fed up with them trying to charge me $200 after the thousands I had already wasted and not working with my schedule, I have since disconnected this OVERPRICED waste of money from my house and paid off the loan with a much more reasonable APR loan. In summary: - I wasted THOUSANDS of dollars. - I was given free useless cleaning products. - Still paying for it two years later. - They charge almost $200 for annual checks. - They will NOT fix any issues they cause. - Customer service is nonexistent. - You WON’T get your money back. - I don’t even have their water filter connected anymore. - You’ll wish you checked Home depot or Lowe’s for a much more REASONABLY priced water filter. - If you want a free one, you can come get this bs product out of my yard. PLEASE do not purchase a water filter from this company and save yourself massive regret. An absolute scam of a company.
