  I had a young man by the name of Chris come out this morning to snake my main line. He was super nice and very professional. No matter what kind of questions I had he answered them. He was very efficient and quick with his work. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues you may have.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They do not stand behind their work. They came out to clear a drain and charged me $264 for the 20 minutes on site. After the work the tech wrote on the receipt “No Guarantee.” At no time prior to the service did he mention they don’t stand behind their work. A few days later, the drain was clogged again and they refused to come out, free of charge. I talked with the manager, who was friendly, but offered no relief or solutions. I called twice asking the owner to call me so we could at least discuss what had occurred and I never received a call or message. I bought an electric drain snake and did it myself, which I should have done the first time. Very poor customer service.

  My family have used Dependable Plumbing for well over 10 years. They have always been there for us and are very efficient, reliable, and understanding. They always do a fantastic job at a more than a fair price. Thank you Leah et al for all you do and for your compassion!

  We have done business with Dependable for several years. They are always courteous and professional. Steve is always thorough and easy to communicate with. We had a difficult problem last year and he was able to get to the root of the problem and get things resolved quickly. I highly recommend them.
