  Our organization has been working with Dependable for a few years now, and their service is in their name, DEPENDABLE, but they also have high integrity, do amazing work, and exemplify everything you could hope for from a good and honest company. They recently did a large project for our organization, and we cannot say enough about how excellent the process, communication, and workmanship was!

  We have only used their services twice. That said, i really can't say enough good things about this business. Nor the people who run it. Always under budget. Always prompt, honest, efficient, courteous, timely, and professional. They really live up to their nom de guerre: Dependable plumbing. They really have been dependable. Get the picture I like these people yet? No, things certainly did not always run as smoothly as planned. We experienced some setbacks and delays. Yet, they always kept me fully informed and stayed on point. Offering me remedies to get thru each strategic issue. They tolerated my displeasure with my current A.O. SMITH hot water heater this last visit. Explained to me carefully all of my options while steering me away from known issues. This sparing me further dissatisfaction. Leah, Jeff & the rest are very nice, trustworthy professionals. Their cumulative knowledge and skills were greatly appreciated. Kudos to the entire lot of 'em!!

  "Dependable" Plumbing where one of their plumbers was so dependable he mysteriously forgot he had an appointment at our home. This is not indicative of dependable. I suggest a name change to "Somewhats Reliable Maybe Service Plumbing" I am not very satisfied with this company's service quite obviously, but if you have time to wait all day on a plumber that doesn't show up by all means use them. We shall see today if he makes it. Despite my better decisions we're still going with this company to see if they redeem themselves. -Update- Plumber did not show again. When attempting to contact this business was directed to an answering service. Noted some interesting foreign language in the back ground. Most likely out-sourced out of country. Would only recommend this company to get a free estimate, but not expect any work to be done. I'd suggest getting help elsewhere.
