- DWDenise WNov 6, 20241.0I DON’T recommend this company! First off, you can’t get in touch with them when there are problems. Secondly, they take their time fixing (half fixing) issues. I regret the day we moved into this house! We worked too hard as military veterans to deal with this bs. This is not fair to people that spend their hard earned money to find their dream home. Please don’t base your home off of the model homes they show you… After a few months in we’re still having issues getting in touch with the warranty department. We have a list of things that needs to be fixed and to no avail. This is the worst experience I’ve had in my life buying a brand new home! I’m sorry but I might be putting this home up for sale within the next few months. I’m not happy at all in this home. They should really be ashamed of themselves. And for them to respond on these reviews for us to email them is laughable! We’ve been emailing you for months…so anyone who reads these reviews, please take heed and think about what you’re getting into. Our hard earned money going down the drain!
