Another neighbor acted as my proxy at my home, since I was away. When I called Sub Zero to try and get repairs arranged, I had the pleasure of talking to Liz, who was polite, professional and efficient. She immediately scheduled Kelvin Taylor for the job that afternoon. My neighbor had the pleasure of meeting him, and relayed to me that Kelvin was polite, knowledgeable, and very professional. He diagnosed the problem and repaired my HVAC in about an hour and a half. The cost of repairs including a replacement motor and capacitor was very reasonable, especially for Key West. I highly recommend Sub Zero (a Rocket Cooling Company).
