- JBJosh BullingtonOct 20, 20255.0Tylen is a consummate professional and my experience with him and the Sorrells crew (Alex, Travis and Logan) was stellar throughout. Tylen was out to the house within an hour or so of first contact. We walked the half acre or so of property I wanted fenced, discussed some options for style, gate location, and boundary lines based upon slope, stumps and other aspects. He followed up within a few hours with a quote and images of his vision for the project, which was on point with our earlier conversation at a very reasonable price point. This was on a Monday. The team, led by Alex, was out on Friday for install. Alex walked the property with me and made a couple of modest yet astute recommendations, namely based upon the slope at a certain point…a nice “game time” audible, so to speak. Not only did Alex, Travis, and Logan work their butts off, they were focused, courteous and responsive all as appropriate for the job at hand. Tylen came to check-in with the team and ensure things were tracking to expectation, and followed up on Sat, Sun and Mon as needed to button up a few things with me upon final walk thru. Great leadership in Tylen and Alex. Great team in Travis and Logan. Great customer service at a good value. Highly recommend. 👍🏼
