  I recently had Turner Plumbing install a Moen automatic shutoff valve, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. The process began with Ben, who handled the initial estimates. He was incredibly knowledgeable and set a great tone for the project. Lisa in the office was also a pleasure to work with—professional, responsive, and truly helpful. The installation itself was handled by Brandon and Johnson, who did an amazing job. They arrived right on time, were very polite, and clearly knew their craft. Their workmanship was excellent, and they left me feeling completely confident in the new system. So far, Turner Plumbing has absolutely knocked it out of the park. It’s clear the entire company operates with an honest and fair philosophy. I’ll definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and a great team. Summary: Great company, great people, and excellent work!

  I want to express how much info and assistance I got from Sebastian The technician / plumber who came out when we were having some issues with our water heater. He's super professional and very knowledgeable on the Rinnai exterior water heaters and was able to trouble shoot what was going on and also got our recirculator going. I give Sebastian in the company 10 stars!!! Thank you Lorrie Briggs

  Unfortunately for us we suffered a slab leak in our home. We got bids from four plumbing companies to repipe our house. Turner was the last to provide a quote. Their bid was competitive, but what was really impressive was the interaction with the estimator, Nick. He was informative and helpful and, importantly, he was very innovative. He explained how they would pursue the job - and while any repipe is a very invasive job, he let us know how they would minimize that process for us. No other company planned to go about our job the way Turner did. Without going into detail, Turner significantly minimized the impact to one of our bathrooms and to our kitchen. The hard working crew, John and Gabe, went about the rather large project with dedicated effort and stayed at it until the job was done. Finally, the project supervisor, Eric, made certain that everything was done to our satisfaction. He was always available, either in person or on the phone to answer any questions we had. And, he stayed on the job to make sure things were done correctly and to help the crew as needed. He was excellent. One other comment - the office staff who handled communications with Turner couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. Turner will be our plumbing company from now on. We recommend them without any reservation.

  Turner Plumbing was great. I called them in the late afternoon not expecting them to get to me on the same day. The person that answered the phone was very nice and went to work on setting me up for a visit and actually had a tech that could stop by in less than 30 minutes. Mark English was the tech and he showed up promptly. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He performed the repair quickly and I was suprised that the cost was very reasonable. I have a busted copper line under my slab. I had another plumber I was working with. He told me to get a leak detection company to find the leak and he could come back to repair it. Well, the leak detection company found the leak and first thing in the morning I busted up the slab to get the pipe accessible then called and texted this other plumber. Never heard back from him! Thats when I called Turner and they were awesome to work with. There's nothing worse than a Company not responding to you. Thank you Turner Plumbing!
