  The three guys they sent to do the vast majority of the job were OUTSTANDING. They ran into several issues but handled each one professionally. They kept me apprised of what was going on all along the way. When the job was finished they cleaned up to try to make it the same as before they got here. They were polite and worked together extremely well. I don’t know whether the price was exhorbitant or extremely fair as I am not familiar with the general cost of pipe lining. If the price was fair I would highly recommend Superior for a job this involved.

  Initially called a different company and their assessment didn’t sit right with me (new water filter, new water heater and a whole house repipe) because of a sudden drop in pressure. So I called Superior for a second opinion and I’m very glad I did. Nate came out and he was very knowledgeable and courteous. Part of the diagnosis process did require putting in a bypass to my filter/softener and the pressure came back great, final diagnosis being a clog/inadequate filter. I did end up needing a new filter meant to better handle my well water. There was no high pressure sales pitch, just knowledgeable and communicative. Estimate was well in line with my research after my initial fiasco estimate where I was blindsided. My house is old, copper piped, slab, on a well. A re-pipe is in my future but Superior got my water back on and gave me the estimate for the re-pipe so I can make the decision not under duress like the other guys (rhymes with Slickity-trick). They’re definitely my first call going forward.

  Josh arrived within 15-20 minutes of my call early this Tuesday midafternoon and shortly diagnosed our water heater had somehow developed a leak in the tank itself. He very quickly proved to me why Superior has a 5 star reputation as he installed our new water heater so efficiently within about an hour and a half max, including pressure testing and checking for leaks. Upgraded to a 50 gallon tank more appropriate for our 5 bedroom 3 bath home from the old 40 gallon tank for only $93 ! BEST service EVER for plumbing issues we have ever had in living in this home for almost 38 years! Our new “go to” folks for plumbing and plan to try for AC/Heat issues when next we may need that, too. Thanks to Katie for expediting everything 👏🏻

  Upon making initial enquiries to have this company fix my toilet I had the pleasure of speaking with Katy,- who was very helpful. We arranged for a technician to come out to give an estimate. On day of appointment Nate contacted me saying he was available to come earlier than arranged if it was convenient to do so. Upon arrival he assessed the work needing to be done. I was given 3 options of what could be done. Nate had to go & gather equipment needed for the job. Upon returning, he worked diligently until completion of job. When I assessed the bathroom I found that Nate had cleaned the area & everything left tidy. Price of job was reasonable. I liked that I was given "set prices" in my pre approval choices as opposed to charge per hour. I highly recommend Superior Plumbing & have given a 5 star review. I hope not to need their services in the near future, but they will be who I call for future plumbing issues. Thank you. Katy & Nate

  The technician was professional and courteous enough, but the more I thought about the cost versus the work done the more disappointed I felt with my second experience with them. I had a very simple issue (faucet aerator needed cleaning) that is still not 100% fixed and was charged an exorbitant amount without first agreeing to the charges. They also initially never called me back after requesting their assistance with my faucet. I took the opportunity to tell them in person when I saw their van at the neighbors. The neighbors who I referred them to as I was very satisfied the first time they serviced my home. I hope my third encounter will be a better one.
