  James Smithson and his team at Stratum Contracting is nothing short of magcians what they do onthere dsign build out projects! I am in the lending indusrty and have had multiple clients renovate and build out tenant spaces for residential vacation homes. As people shop around for contrractors they always end up back at Stratum because of there creativity and craftmanship. I have seen them convert a normal back yard into a tropical paradise fit for a 5 star resort. Do not do any home renovations or projects without reaching out to these guys first for a design write and bid!!!!

  Stratum helped bring our exterior remodel to life in a late 70’s beach house with a new expanded driveway, updated gables and entryway, eaves and an outdoor kitchen. The team was creative, worked to bring our vision to life and didn’t miss a single detail to make our design pop. The on-site staff was always professional and courtesy. I can’t wait to find a new project for them to build!
