  Have used in the past Our neighbor has a dumpster and Shapell thinks they're not breaking the law taking 20-30 minutes about once a week to swap the dumpsters out starting around 5:45-6:00 in the morning So rude and breaking city ordinance

  I don't think I have ever left a review like this. My company used Shapell's for three years. We started shopping around when the fees increased (Everyting has increased...I'm aware, just trying to be smart) Thought we did not end up leaving due to fees. We left due to the horrific treatment we received over the phone from a woman who never used her name (smart). I have worked in upper management for many years and if I ever heard an employee speak to any customer the way this woman spoke to our office manager and then myself I would terminate that individual immediately. She compensates for ignorance with condescension and danced dangerously close to flat out racism with the Asian office worker who called her first (there is a bit of an accent) Needless to say we have moved on, but I truly hate to see anyone else treated this way. I would not use them if they were free.
