Brandon was his name. He comes looks at something simple and pushes a GFI trip and calls it fixed, which it was. But $350 diagnostic check was outrageous for something simple. But this is how electricians work, I guess. He was fairly rude and less talk-able individual and when he was about to charge me, I pointed out that the lady on the phone told me they don't know the charge rate for what they do and for good reasons. I looked at other 1 star reviews after it was done, it shows how much they change the prices on people in short amount of time. The fee isn't constant. I told him to look at my doorbell transformer as it wasn't getting power and he looked at it. He put a electric current tester and says "She has got power going in the transformer but nothing I can do." In my head, "I'm like your the electrician that's why you are here and I'm paying $350." He cut the talk short and blamed the doorbell camera for the fault even though I followed the doorbell camera instructions and the transformer instructions for the doorbell to get power. Just needed a little help and got none. Since I couldn't figure it out he decided he couldn't either. So he hands me the iPad. As I'm looking at the iPad I say something of the lines of "so simple and no gain out of it." He replies " Well next time you know what the issue is, so you can avoid this circumstance again." Basically like pay and learn my lesson. So I pay, thinking he is going to fix the doorbell but just left. I was pist. I have footage of the interactions and highly considering suing if this doesn't get resolve. No military member should ever go with this company because if you get Brandon as your tech he doesn't care what you do. Just that big $$ gov pay when we get base pay. (Doorbell still has no power even after getting scammed)
