  Joseph did an amazing job at my home. We got the whole house tested for mold and he was very thorough and detailed. He also took the time to have a phone call to explain the results very well and what it all meant and what to do next. I’m so glad we picked him to do the inspection. I’d highly recommend him to anyone!!

  Joe provided us with confidence that his sample and report were accurate. He was very professional and friendly. Genuinely cared about what he was doing. He was providing us a third opinion as first tester alleged that we had a big mold problem. Second tester said we were clear. We brought Joe in for third and final. I will mention his report was the best of the 3. Good explanation of everything that was tested for.

  We had a great experience with JRG Mold Testing Company. Joe was extremely professional, polite, and also just a genuinely pleasant person to talk to, which made the whole process feel much less stressful. What meant the most to me is that even though it was a major holiday, Joe still made the effort to call me back as soon as he could just to make sure I was okay with the results, to give me peace of mind, and to ensure I fully understood everything. That level of care and follow through really says a lot. I’m very happy with the service and would absolutely recommend them.

  I was concerned about a potential mold situation in our home. Joseph was responsive, kind, communicative, and followed up with the sample results so quickly. He made sure that any questions or concerns were addressed throughout the process. He even showed us a couple of pro tips related to HVAC maintenance outside of regular air filter changing. Grateful for the level of service he provided and to also have peace of mind about the mold concern.
