  I had a very upsetting experience with this company. While working from home, I received a notification from my security camera showing two unknown men connecting a hose to my water outlet without my knowledge or permission. When I went outside to confront them, they stated that they were working on a water issue in another unit and chose to use my water supply because it was “easier to access.” I don’t understand why they thought it was appropriate to come up to my unit instead of using the water of the unit they claim to be fixing a problem for. At no point did they attempt to knock on my door, ask for permission, or notify me beforehand. This behavior is highly unprofessional and a serious invasion of privacy. Not only did they access my private property without consent, but they stole water that I am personally responsible for paying for. This situation raises major concerns about professionalism and respect for residents’ property. I encourage others to be aware and monitor their property closely if this company is performing work in the area.

  I planned on having Jax hydro jett out a backed up floor drain at a facility I manage but the price just happened to be more than we were able to afford. With that said, however, the lady I spoke with on the phone and the technician I met with were all very kind and professional and If cercumstances were difference, I would love to have done business with these folks.

  Great job unclogging my kitchen sink, which also affected my bathroom drainage. After trying one company, who couldn't get the job done, Sebastian did, in lickety split time. He was courteous, professional and informative. I recommend Jax Hydro-Jetters to anyone with has prolonged drainage problems or any plumbing issues.
