  Harvey is amazing! At 6 o’clock on a Friday night, I came home and instantly knew my air-conditioning was not working properly. I called Harvey and in less than an hour he was at my house. In less than an hour after arrival, he had fixed my air-conditioning. The price was extremely fair! Fast, friendly service at a very reasonable price! Highly recommend!

  Since my husband I purchased an older home 6 years ago in Jax, I can count on 3 fingers the number of honest and hardworking contractors we have come across. And Harvey Marco, owner of HI Marco hvac is one of them! It really feels like a needle in a haystack. Our heat went out on Dec 2025 and we called a hvac company with excellent Google reviews and a 5 star rating. Well, it turned out they were NOT excellent. I was told it was a compressor problem and paid $330 for part and install. Then 2 weeks later to be told by the same hvac company that it is now the disconnect box when the heat stopped working for the second time. The technician spent less than 30 minutes and quoted me $440 to replace the box which I refused. I did have to pay for their service and diagnostic fees again when it should have been complementary. The experience left me feeling deflated and swindled. Then I called Harvey Marco, the owner of HI Marco hvac to get a 2nd opinion. He came out and spent a hour explaining things to us as he inspected and tested our unit and electrical wirings. The tests showed the REAL problem was not the disconnect box after all. He fixed the problem and I saved $440! He stands behind his work and words which are rare combinations nowadays. I HIGHLY recommend Harvey Marco, an exceptional human being with amazing hvac knowledge. You won’t be sorry.

  There is no HVAC company that exists that does what Harvey does. The service, education, repair, communication he provides is beyond exceptional, and Florida is lucky to have him repairing our broken and units needing maintenance!
