  We hired these guys! First they DON'T keep their word! They had me waiting from 8 AM till 2 PM! Never showed up! They charged me twice for (materials!) Supposedly they had "already purchased! I requested a copy of the receipt never got it! [They charged me twice] they DON'T answer their phone! Don't pick up calls! What kind of business does that!

  5 Stars all the way! I had legitimate storm damage and my insurance company kept giving me the run around. Stephen at Fortress knows Florida Insurance Law and held my insurance company accountable. He was hands on at every turn. Meeting them out here to make sure they recorded the damage accurately. Stephen got my insurance company to PAY THE CLAIM! Michelle, the President of Fortress worked closely with me to get the roof put on in a timely manner. It's absolutely beautiful. Fortress Roofing actually cares about the homeowner. Highly recommend.

  Hello Fortress Roofing and Construction LLC, my name is Maria de Jesus Cabanas Melendrez. I've been trying to contact you, but you're not responding to my calls, emails, or messages. I've been waiting for over six months since you collected the money at my house, paid by my insurance company, and you still haven't installed my roof. Even my insurance company has tried to contact you, and you haven't responded to them either. My insurance company paid you in full for the roof replacement. You were very quick to collect the money at my house, but for six months now, you've been giving me false delivery dates and dates when you'll install my roof, and there's always an excuse. The latest excuse was the government shutdown, which has absolutely nothing to do with it because you already have the money. I am very disappointed with this company, and I am ready to take the next legal step.
