  I can’t say enough good things about Brad and his team at Florida Water Technologies. We recently moved into a home on a well with hard, smelly, rust colored water. We received several quotes and it felt like most companies wanted to try to sell us as much equipment as possible. Brad on the other hand spent the time to figure out the real issue, took into account our current equipment, and followed up until our the issues were resolved. We now have clear, soft, odor free water. Every single person we dealt with, from the office staff to the installer (Jacob) was professional, friendly, helpful, punctual, and communicative. We highly recommend them to anyone needing water treatment.

  We recently had a water softener system installed by Florida Water Technologies. My husband, Chuck, and I were impressed by the service we received beginning with the first call to the company. They were able to fit us into their schedule for an estimate on the same day. We accepted the very reasonable estimate and scheduled the installation. Jacob, the installer, was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Our installation required a lot of additional water line to be run from outside the house to inside the garage. Jacob was an expert from the minute he arrived to the time he left. He made the entire experience a pleasure. He is an extremely hard worker. We cannot recommend this company enough. If you’re looking for a water softener, don’t hesitate to use Florida Water Technologies.

  Excellent experience with Florida Water Technologies. I have been doing a deep dive on water softeners for what feels like months now. I received quotes from all the big players as well as the smaller mom and pop shops. Brad came out, gave me a no-nonsense quote that met mine and my wife’s needs and a price that beat all others in the area while also getting me into the stainless steel unit we wanted. The difference in water was immediate. I tested my water myself prior to shopping and tested again the day of install. We went from extremely hard on the scale to almost 0 across the board. The water now feels silky, luxurious, and incredibly refreshing. Our first shower today was a treat. Our installer also was incredibly punctual, professional and did a wonderfully tidy install for our house that was pre-plumbed. Hopefully everything keeps going great and looking forward to continuing the relationship for the years ahead!

  I highly recommend to go with FL Water Technologies for your water softener. Brad and everyone at the company were professional and courteous. Install was quick and they followed up to make sure all my questions were answered. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

  Florida Water Technologies did some work for us. Professional, timely and reasonably priced. All well and good. Several weeks later, we noticed an issue when we used hot water. The Hot water tank was replaced by another service provider. The owner of FWT showed up the day we called, told us what part to order from Amazon (no up charging there) and had someone at our house to install it as soon as it came it. And we were not charged for this service all. Above and beyond in terms of service and expertise! in addition, a genuine understanding of the importance to the home owners. I can’t say enough Great Things about this company!
