  Not sure how there work is. From what I see if they don’t want to do your job they ghost you.

  I have had a miserable experience dealing with First Coast contracting. One of the owners came out for the quote. Apparently the person there for the quote is not the person who writes the quote. Due to this major part of the project was left off like painting after they hung the new drywall or fixing the crooked ceiling or replacing the electrical outlets. When we brought any concerns up they would just talk in circles instead of owning up to there mistakes and fixing the issues. I personally will never hire them again because they cause more headaches than they do fixing things. It is very unclear who is in charge. I had about 4 different people tell me they are an owner of this company. Very poor structure resulting in even worse service.

  Had Marc come for a quote… and I usually hate this part of the process. But he was very great at extracting all the info that he needs and suggesting things as well to get to my end goal. I received the quote and it is very detailed and very reasonable. I feel a lot of trust with them so far. I do not feel like they are doing it for a high cost gain and scamming you out. He always would suggest things to make the project more impactful for long term- and not a cheap fix to address later. Explained the entire process. Did not feel like it was a sales pitch at all. He was very deliberate on what he said, he suggested, and asked. Answered all my questions. and will update later!!!!

  As a small real estate investor, I’ve dealt with many different contractors on various projects. The best overall experience I’ve had was with First Coast Contractors. This bathroom renovation was for our primary home. We received 4 quotes from local contractors for the work. First Coast was not only competitive in price, what really stood out was the detail. We could see the prices for each item rather than a final round number (like many other contractors give). Additionally, their process of assigning a project manager was key to the success and satisfaction we had. Jason was incredible to work with, communicative, professional, reliable, knowledgeable, flexible, and understanding. As the project progressed we were able to make small changes or material upgrades with no issues, a truly key element in making the final product something we absolutely loved. If you’re considering an upgrade to any part of your home, I highly recommend you consider working with them.
