On the other hand they charged $350 for a simple task that shouldn’t be more than 1 billable hour and travel expenses, a bit disappointed but good service overall.

I tried plunging that only sloshed more water on me, (yuck) I made several calls to get someone out asap and threw down every beach towel I had. The other toilet started making bubbling noises which only increased my anxiety level. I was advised to not use any toilet or turn on water, and I was covered in toilet water and couldn’t even get ready for work. That was insult to injury after having the shingles for 2 weeks, I was at my breaking point to say the least , I cried In front of both Zeke and Scott. They were so sweet about it. Those two saved the day for me. Zeke and Scott- thank you both so much for your expertise, promptness and most of all your kindness!
