I went to United Rental and Noelle helped our shop get 2 temporary units the next day. Noelle and Fred came over with the units, set everything up, showed how to use them. I will only use United if I am in a need again, they are great!!!!

- VSVicki SMay 16, 20191.0Five stars? I think not! No service for trucks left waiting outside the gate to deliver a load of equipment. Left waiting for 2 hrs blocking half the roadway that wasn’t very wide & it finally only took 15 minutes to unload. No respect for truck drivers who aren’t paid by the hour & E-logbook is counting down. No other trucks were waiting to unload, they weren’t busy, we watched them from the truck, unmotivated & lazy yard staff. Hopefully in the future they have more consideration for the truck drivers who drove a day & a half to deliver product they need.
