- MGMichael GoodJan 28, 20264.0I only had one real problem with United Rentals. They tried to charge me for 3 days of usage on a concrete saw instead of the one day I used it. They claim it wasn't dropped off the same day we picked it up. After arguing with them behind the desk for 20 minutes, I finally said let's roll back your security footage from that afternoon that we picked it up and dropped it back off. Then they changed their tune and only charged me for the one day. They need to put some kind of date and time stamp from the computer receipt of when you pick it up and drop it off so these kids of things cant happen.

JR specifically was so amazing to work with and helped with every step of the process. He has all the knowledge of the tools they have and what they’re capable of doing. This guy alone deserves a five star review and a promotion!! I own a construction business so having problems is an everyday part of the job but I had not one problem with this company (and JR). I will definitely be coming back to rent again!

No matter the need or job, he always goes above and beyond to be sure we have what we need to get the job done, not matter the location. The only reason for not giving a perfect score of "10" is that when we have orders that are outside of our immediate office area, within 100 miles, other offices may not always work totally in sync with our needs. However, by the end of the day, the equipment is delivered as promised and we get our work accomplished.
