  I dont even know where to start, and apologize if I forget names or say wrong names. I cannot recommend totally hooked plumbing enough. We unfortunately had to finally bite the bullet and replace our septic tank and drain field. From the first phone call to the office and the young lady that was soooo sweet to me and answer all my questions to the best of her ability. To bill and another young lady coming out and explaining our options and solutions. To the actual project being done and completed by Bill,Randy and Bobby and to the owner who dropped something off and thanked me for my business. They answered ALL my questions and concerns and gave me piece of mind with all there decisions and work. I will reach out to them for all future plumbing needs and I will recommend them till im blue in the face. Also remember it doesn't hurt to ask and In Bill we trust.

  I have to say the crew was so professional and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure they could fix my issues at a decent price. Nothing is cheap anymore. We have a 1960 home with iron sewage pipe. We had all of a sudden a bad backup problem. Turns out we had breakage in our sewage pipe.They were able to repair and put a liner through the pipe. Even if the iron pipe crumbles more through the years, the liner will last up to 50 years. As said...the liner is better than PVC. If you are in the position I was in consider Totally Hooked.

  Working with the company was an all-around excellent experience. Communication was top-notch leading into the appointment, and upon arrival, technician Justin G. was equally skilled at segmenting the issue into potential causes and then addressing them. He was also beyond respectful of the property, striving to maintain a clean environment despite the nature of the work. Highly recommended.

  Responded very quickly to my request for service very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Gave us an original free estimate that was reasonable, and then when they found more problems and had to do more work, they still only charge us the original estimate! Would definitely recommend this company very reputable! I will definitely call them again for all my plumbing and drain needs!!

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I was charged $6,800 for a full water heater replacement, and only after the installation did I discover that the unit installed was a 2024 water heater, not a new model as I reasonably expected for this price. This was never clearly disclosed to me in advance. Even more concerning is what happened after they took full payment: Since charging me the full amount, the company has stopped answering my calls, has been completely unresponsive, and has provided no follow-up service or support whatsoever. I chose this company specifically because of the many positive reviews, but unfortunately my personal experience has been the exact opposite. I feel misled, overcharged, and abandoned as a customer once payment was collected. This has been a very regrettable experience, and I would strongly caution others to be extremely careful before doing business with this company.
