They were all professional, timely, and hard working and endeavored to make the job turn out well. They encountered a few problems but managed to complete the work as described. I highly recommend this business.
- RWRobert Weatherford3 days ago5.0Our 14 year old propane tankless water heater quit without any prior warning. We had heard an advertisement on WOKV which led to our checking Superior’s references. We received very positive feedback which led to our contacting Superior and being given an appointment within 3 hours. The technician, Bryce Armstrong, diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes and we were given an outstanding explanation that led to our decision to purchase a new unit. We were given a competitive proposal and the replacement unit was installed two days later. Bryce installed the new unit and stayed on the job until 7:30 pm. In my opinion Bryce was very knowledgeable and service oriented. Our hot water has been restored and we were very satisfied with everything. We highly recommend Superior!

My experience with their pipe lining and regular plumbing services has been great. They are my go to plumber. They have always been fair with me.
