Everyone I spoke with was very nice, the techs were all very knowledgeable and polite. Larry came out initially to diagnose a slab leak from outgoing water, Jack and Blaze were the techs who did the job. The main issue diagnosis was a leaking kitchen vent stack and also a blocked bathroom vent stack. Jack discovered the blockage was actually the sink pipe that was too long and extending into the vent pipe, he trimmed the pipe and reassembled. The kitchen vent stack was leaking due to a broken/ill-fitting connection at the floor and had debris/roots in the pipe - they cleared the debris, repaired the connection and relined the section of the pipe that was compromised. They arrived on time on each of the two days of work, answered all my questions and cleaned up their work area daily when they were done. Pleased with the overall experience, would recommend and will use them again for future services.
Superior Plumbing truly lives up to their name! From the moment I called their customer service was friendly, professional, and quick to help. The technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly and fixed the issue efficiently. You can really tell they take pride in their work and care about their customers.
The entire experience was smooth, stress-free and exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest plumbing company I highly recommend Superior Plumbing. I’ll definitely be using them for any future needs!

These guys were really good. We smelled a gas leak Saturday morning and called the gas company to check it out. That was my first mistake. They identified a leak, location unknown, and said they’d turn off the gas at the meter. No big deal but we need to get a qualified gas-plumber to find, and fix, the leak. (Obvious). When I asked the gas company how we turn it back on he said ‘no problem. The company that fixes it will do this’. He then proceeded to red tag and lock my meter (unbeknownst to me). I’ve since learned that it would have been much better for me to just go turn off the gas at the meter, myself, and call a plumber. I should have never involved the gas company.
Since the meter was locked none of the plumbing companies are able to use their gas sniffer to identify the leak. The only option is the disassemble the meter, attach a compressor, charge the system and hope to hear the leak. If the leak is not obvious, then the technician will start going one by one through each joint and coupler with a soapy mixture to look for bubbles. Since our leak was - unfortunately - not in a simple to diagnose location, it took forever and included cutting sections of the wall to access couplers under the stove. In the end the leak was in the attic, …a coupler-nipple had rusted and there was a tiny leak (the gas is heavy so it was dropping into the wall cavity in the kitchen). The guys put everything back together. The work was neat. The cut they made was clean and reassembled. It’s behind a drawer so no big deal.
This whole debacle would have been a lot easier if they could have used their gas sniffer. Stupid gas company. I haven’t hot water or a stove for two days. Coulda been fixed within hours if the plumber could have turned on the gas and sniffed it out with their sniffer-tool. I know I know all the Karen’s will freak out. Open the windows and doors, vacate the house, and let a little gas through the line to find the leak. Daggum.
Oh. Then we had to wait another hour for the gas company to come back and verify the work. At first the gas company told us they don’t come on weekends to verify but we threw a fit and they obliged. I was not prepared to reschedule the plumber and gas company for a joint visit on Monday.
Zack and Kyle were really nice guys. They sweated away in our attic and kitchen, patiently looking for and solving the leak. It took a long time but not because of their doing. Just gotta go one spot at a time to locate the leak and start with the most obvious places.
For the amount of time they spent here, on a weekend, it was very fairly priced. And their GM called me personally on Saturday night offering to send someone late but we declined preferring a Sunday morning service call.

The tech was nice. My Plumbing, unfortunately was not backed up when they came out I did explain on the call when I made the appointment that The plumbing was backing up, sometimes not all the time when the Plumber Showed up he only flushed my toilet, ran my shower and looked in my clean out trap The Plumber did nothing else. He did call the Office explained everything and asked could they waive the fee because he couldn’t find anything in the plumbing wasn’t backed up at the moment he was told no so I still had to pay the fee for them coming out. I felt like it should’ve been waived, but I guess they really needed the money.not sure if I will use them in the future.

From General Manager Kyle Rubino to technician Zach Kaufman to the thoroughness & care of the work, we found Superior Plumbing to be truly SUPERIOR! We engaged Superior Plumbing to camera scope our entire drainage system. GM Kyle didn't answer my call just to schedule a visit by Superior. Instead, he invested 20 minutes to understand the history of our problem and advise me on the alternative approaches the firm could use. Technician Zach arrived on time and, he, too, invested the time to learn about the history of our drainage system. He concluded that there were two ways to accomplish the task -- the fast and easy way through the roof-top vents to examine the main pipelines and the much longer and entailed way by scoping each branch pipe way as well as the main lines. After discussing with Zach the specific purpose for the job, he immediately recognized that the only proper way to achieve our goal was to individually scope and record each separate sink, bath and toilet drain along with the main pipe leading to the city sewage system. The process took over two hours, and Zach happily accommodated my request to view the process and video images of the pipes. The good news is that our drainage system is clear of clogs and contaminants. The great news is that we benefited from the great service of Superior Plumbing. Five stars to Zach and Kyle and Superior Plumbing!!
