I contacted Strada and they sent a technician out that afternoon. The technician spent quite a bit of time determining what was causing the problem. She provided the options for repair and I asked for an estimate on replacement due to the age of my units. Within an hour I was provided with several options. My new units were installed two days later. The installers arrived timely and did an excellent job. Answered all my questions. Overall it was a positive experience.
