Charles and an assistant came to fix it. They looked at it to devise a plan, made recommendations to my landlord, went to get supplies, and came back to fix it the same day. They added materials and a vent cover and painted it in less than 2 hours. In addition to being fast, they were friendly and really seemed to know their stuff (and even swept up the mess before leaving). I would definitely recommend them!
