- SSSaraOct 30, 20241.0NONE of the doors were put in properly… had to fix my garage entrance and it’s still raggedy and needs fixed, they “fixed” front door and now I can’t even open it without nearly taking my arm off, window lock broken, back door wasn’t put in right and took several visits to fix. All my bedroom doors didn’t lock some didn’t close. Shower door too small for the shower which caused water damage that is still not fixed. I took off work and half the contractors didn’t show up. Bad scheduling, bad planning, dangerous neighborhood to have insufficient doors and locks. Stressful since the day I moved in. Cutting trees on a view I was sold on and myself and my neighbors paid extra to have. Now we will be looking at houses. Was told it was natural preserve and staying put.. Busted pipes with no proper reimbursements… several sink leaks, popcorn foundation, swampy grounds, they fix one thing to mess up another, Incompetent contractors, fighting tooth and nail for things to get fixed.. this is so much fun!!!… NOT
