- GMGrigoriy MirzoyevAug 11, 20251.0refusing to fix standing water as agreed preclosing, went from claiming they would fix it to all the excuses possible now without resolving the issue. purchased a new home and i cant use my back yard because its nothing but mud stay away do not buy a house or believe anything they tell you prior to closing. they went from oh we will fix it prior to closing and now after closing they are telling me to refer to the warranty, 48 hours for property to drain. when the water just stands and does not drain in any direction because they didn't properly grade the neighborhood
