We booked the appointment through a representative at Sam’s Club which gives us a little more piece of mind than calling a company from on line reviews only. Sam's Club has done the vetting process of Renuity Window & Door for us! Mike was extremely knowledgeable of his products and walked us through the entire process of purchasing, financing (if needed), second representative appointment to get exact measurements, timeframe order may be available for installation as well as actual installation timeline if we were to move forward with the sale. There was no pressure from Mike to ‘close the deal today’ which was one of the best parts of the entire experience. There were two quotes given, one with current discounts good for 30 days and then a quote for a price good for up to a year which did not have the current discounts. Again, no pressure to make the sale on the spot. We did move forward with the project because we felt comfortable with the service we received from Mike. Thank you for making the purchasing experience painless.
