  We are extremely happy with the renovation of our half bath by Rafael, Inc. We live in a 2-story townhouse built in 1986 with a half bath downstairs. We are not young so we decided to make alterations to provide us with the opportunity to continue to live in our home in case one of us is not able to navigate the stairs. (We have a Murphy bed on the first floor). Rafael designed a shower using a coat closet that was on the other side of the bath. This is the nicest room in our home! The workers were professional, courteous, careful and worked diligently to complete the job. Nick oversaw the work on a timely basis and Amy helped with the design selections. We passed all inspections with no issues. We highly recommend Rafael, Inc.

  I hired Rafael, Inc. to remodel my condominium kitchen which had not been updated for 40 years. I interviewed 5 contractors prior to choosing Rafael based on the courtesy, thoroughness, and attention to detail shown by the estimator Bill Mailloux during his initial visit. I visited the very nice showroom to choose flooring, backsplash, fixtures, and cabinetry from their wide selection. The contract was highly detailed with a very reasonable timeline established for completion of the job with detailed CAD drawings of the completed work based on my showroom choices. Permitting was expedited without any issues and completely handled by them. From day one, every aspect of the work from demolition to final walk through was professionally handled with no interruptions or surprises encountered. Communication was 100% throughout the process. Rafael, Inc. used Master Craftsman Ed who did a superb job of flooring, tiling, cabinetry, and painting. I am extremely pleased with this remodel and would highly recommend Rafael, Inc. to anyone who is considering a remodel or upgrade of this type.

  Rafael Inc. did a complete transformation on my out dated 1960 kitchen and it now looks amazing. This company is very detailed oriented and I am absolutely impressed with the final result of my new kitchen.

  Professional throughout the entire process. Well organized company. Bill, Laura and Sidney helped with design and selections. I am so happy I chose Rafael for this kitchen remodel. Most impressive was the “flow of work” and how they cleaned up after. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a profess company that delivers on their promises.
