  I had a great experience with Lifetime Flooring. Brad made the LVP selection and purchase easy. John and his team did a great job delivering and installing the flooring. They only took about 5 hours to install new flooring in my townhouse and did a great job.

  I am so pleased with the selection, installation and followup provided by Lifetime Flooring. I had to replace wood flooring in my office and I could not be more please with my salesperson, Brad Reid, and the installer, Vinny. The previous flooring was damaged and no longer available but thanks to Brad, I was able to get a very close match to the adjoing flooring. Vinny is a great installer and a perfectionist. I highly recommend Lifetime Flooring.

  From the minute I walked into the showroom at Lifetime Flooring I was impressed with the orderly display of products that were artfully arranged and easy to locate. Brad Reid was working the showroom by himself, with the exception of the office cat who greeted all who entered enthusiastically. Brad was very welcoming and professional. He listened to what I was asking and directed me to the area of flooring I indicated I was looking for. He let me browse, ask questions, and never attempted to steer me in one direction or another. Because I am replacing an entire first floor of my home, I needed time to compare the samples I had chosen. Brad assured me it was okay to take my time, place the samples on the floor and ask questions as they came up. In the meantime, customers started to come into the showroom and Brad greeted them and welcomed them. I told him I was okay to explore and to go work with them. Brad listened to what they were interested in, and narrowed down their search, answered a few more questions, and then let them look around. He came back to me, answered a few more questions, and then greeted the next few groups of customers. Never once did he demonstrate frustration or impatience with any of us. I know I felt like he cared about me as a customer and potential buyer. Never once did I feel pressured or hurried. He put together a sale for a customer yet never left any of us who were still looking feeling left out or ignored. I found what I was looking for but since it was early in my search, I was not ready to commit. Over the next two weeks, I visited at least six other showrooms or stores. Not once did I experience the personal and professional attention I experienced while working with Brad. So, when it came time to decide, I chose Brad to manage my flooring project. I was impressed with his knowledge of the business of flooring, demolition, and installation and his careful attention to details when he came to my home to measure and explain the process. I am looking forward to the transformation of my “new to me house” into a beautiful and cosy place to call home. By the way, during the busy showroom time, he always introduced the cat and told her story. And, while she loudly voiced her desire to be fed, Brad found time to feed her yet never ignored us. My neighbor used Lifetime Flooring and was the reason I visited the showroom. I looked forward to the finished work and am thankful Brad was available to help me in a timely and professional manner.

  I had a great experience with Lifetime Flooring. The salesman, Brad, did a great job helping me pick out my carpet. The installers, Victor and Julio, did an excellent job with the installation. I will use them on future projects!
