  Although interaction with tech was pleasant, the quote provided for the service needed was more than double what we were quoted by another company. The other company did confirm the diagnosis was mostly accurate but our parts were under warranty so we were going to be charged just labor. Labor costs were very unreasonable as proven by the second opinion we received. For these reasons we would definitely recommend shopping around before committing to this company.

  Everyone from the 1st phone call through to the new hot water heater installation were helpful, personable, knowledgeable, and instructive. Zach kept me "in the loop", showing me everything he was doing. He made it so easy to understand. He was efficient and got the whole job done in less than 3 hours. Thank you.

  Very happy with the annual maintenance that was performed on my air conditioner. Well, no repairs were needed. I was given suggestions of things I could do to extend the life of my air conditioner, such as having my ductwork cleaned, placing leaf guard over my air-conditioning unit as it sits underneath an oak tree, and having surge protectors installed. These were just suggestions and not a hard sell which I appreciated. Will definitely continue to use J&W heating and air again.

  Jeremiah was very friendly and patient when he installed our new water heater. He was on time, answered all of our questions, and did a great job with the installation. There had been a small miscommunication about the unit to be installed, but he went out of his way to resolve the issue for us. Richa, the sales manager was flexible and accommodating. He responded to our calls and emails promptly. They were able to schedule our installation quickly, called and texted when the technician was on their way, and showed up when they said they would.

  Tech was nice and friendly but didn't fix the issue, we ran machine 1x not lots of water like invoice said and the drain done the same thing he then said for us to check the vent on roof to see if it was clogged but him being a Plumber never once offered to go on my roof to do this,After he used the snake in the drain and checked the pipe outside then he came back in and said the drain pipe may not be 2 inches but never mentioned that upfront This is why we don't trust companies you pay all that money and still don't have a clue on what the problem is Tech said oh it can be this or it could be that smh
