  I had 9 different HVAC contractors provide estimates for replacing our system. It was not an emergent repair so I could take my time and choose one. J&W was the ONLY contractor to provide a scope of work in their estimate. J&W were the only ones to measure the interior volume and duct sizes to determine the supply and return plenum needed some resizing to address hot and cold spots in our home. Our installer, Jordan was polite and professional. There were some access challenges with the install that made it take longer, but Jordan explained the work in progress so we knew what was happening. He made sure it was done right, which is what matters. J&W's estimate was actually in the middle of all of the estimates we received even though they did far more work than any of the other. Would recommend. 11 out of 10.

  Emmanuel did an excellent job! He was very communicative and explained everything clearly, making me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. We have been with J&W for over 10 years, and as always, they never disappoint—they consistently provide outstanding service.

  While we didn’t wind up using J&W for our current problem, they will be our first call for all future issues. We called last night (after hours- they actually answer!) and spoke to Sage who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We’ve had to call back a few times and every single person we’ve talked to has been kind, helpful, and overly communicative. I’ll recommend them again and again.

  Cameron came out to give us a quote for a new water heater. He was very professional and offered three different options and went over the pros and cons. He was not pushy at all and respected that we needed more time to make a decision. The brand of the water heater was said to be professional grade and after doing our research, it was confirmed to be a superior build quality, with longer lifespan, and corrosion protection. We have decided to purchase the hybrid electric heat pump water heater.

  I Install not (1) but (2) AC units a few years ago and the handle fan motors already FAILED ! in one of them. Still under warranty, I did check w CARRIER,, so J&W cost to replace = $700.00 ( about) That makes the (2) hour job at a per hour cost of $335.50 pr hr or more,. YEP ! As a former commercial landlord I dispute and disagree with this cost. TIME TO MOVE ON ! Next spring will have to find a new AC contractor to replace my third AC,,, SAD ‘!, when we bought then (2) units ,: EMOTIONALLY Disappointed
