The guys that came out to install were nice but the regional and general managers should have made this transaction right by going above to make a customer happy as I've had to pay the extra on the electric bill overcharge from this mishap from Sept 23 - April 24. If this company says they put in insulation, you definitely need to have the work looked into as they are shady and lie about it being done and are only worried about collecting a check. Filing a complaint with the county as this house should never have passed the co! I don't do bad reviews either, so this will be my first! Response to your comment saying you fixed it.......Your truck that came to my house was of Jacksonville, and I've attached a picture of the vehicle that was in front of my home that clearly represents IBP Jacksonville! 8 months paying extra on my electric due to this and no compensation. I'd say no, you didn't make it right!
