  The guys did a great job. I would love to give 5 stars but the crew was an hour and a half late from to provided service window with no communication. However, the install looks wonderful, the crew was very detail oriented and did a great job.

  I wish we had never heard of this company. We had them replace our floors several years ago due to a slab leak. At the time, I had read multiple reviews where people noted that the owner, Roy, gets extremely hostile/agitated confronted with a problem, but when I met him he seemed nice enough and we went ahead with the install. Everything was great with that, said to wait for everything to fully settle, whatever. Fast forward a few years and we had several cracks form in some boards in the kitchen, an office chair damaged a spot in one room, and there was a few "bouncy" spots in our eating area that never really "settled". We called to see if we could order some more planks and have them come out to fix the areas- never once asked about any warranty or whatever. We just wanted to pay them to repair the floor. Never sent anyone to actually check it out, just wanted us to send pictures. Fine. Went through months of them telling me they would call back, but then we always had to call ourselves. Only kept at it because they actually had the matching boards we needed so we thought we would just see it through. Finally scheduled the repair and no one showed up. We had to call to find out that they had run out of time for the day (but no one ever called to let us know). Months later, scheduled again, but this time they said there was more that needed to be repaired than they originally thought. They used up the planks we had but ran out and couldn't take care of the last spot. Fine. Tried to schedule one last time but they demanded we pay again for another day of labor- even though the only reason they didn't finish that day was they ran out of boards- not due to time (again, they decided on how many boards based on pictures- never sent anyone to actually assess the situation). The last straw was when the receptionist forgot to mute the phone while she talked to Roy about the situation and my husband heard his cuss-filled tirade about how stupid we are for not having a pad under the chair (again, we never asked them to pay for that or anything- we were willing to pay for the repair). Horrible customer service and disgusting business ethic. The workers they send out are nice and do a good job, but this company has a serious management problem.

  The organization is exceptionally well-structured and efficient. Their team and management demonstrate remarkable patience, providing numerous options and choices when assisting individuals in locating specific items or solutions. The service provided is consistently excellent; once a selection is made, the staff completes the request promptly and without hesitation. The floors look beautiful!!

  2020 we had 5star place floors on 2 bedrooms. Love their work and customer service. November 2025 decided it was time for floors, living room and hallway. From the beginning with Irving and end with installer great experience. And in the middle with phone calls to Meghan always courteous and always answering my questions. In 2026 would be time to do Master Bedroom and who am I calling Five Star Sevices. Give them a try you will not be disappointed.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Star Flooring did an amazing job! I’m extremely happy with the floor they installed for me. The quality of the work is excellent, the finish looks clean and smooth, and the installation was done professionally from start to finish. The team was on time, respectful, and made sure everything came out perfect. My space looks completely upgraded thanks to their great craftsmanship. I highly recommend Five Star Flooring to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality flooring and reliable service!
