  Terrible experience. Hired them to install floors in my house. My scheduled window was between 8:30am and 11:30am. The installer finally arrived at 6:30pm. If you value your time, choose a different company

  My experience from start to finish was great. A meeting as scheduled, education, measurements taken and quotes given for my review. Then I went to the showroom, Roy and Megan took the time to go over materials and information. Jay came to install my floor today and it turned out great. Working with Kim on some additional flooring to one day finish my home. Thank you Five Star!!!
